Run TotalSegmentator Online with MedRouter: No Setup Needed

Imagine uploading your NIfTI or zipped DICOM files to a web app that runs some of the best medical segmentation models with no coding or installation required.

That’s exactly what we’ve built with MedRouter, a new platform designed to make medical image segmentation easier for everyone, from researchers and developers to clinicians and students.

Why TotalSegmentator?

TotalSegmentator is one of the most well-known public models in medical imaging. It consists of a family of models, each tailored to segment a different set of anatomical structures with high precision.

However, running these models locally often requires:

  • Strong hardware (GPUs, RAM)
  • Installation of dependencies
  • Python coding knowledge

This can be a major hurdle, especially for those without a technical background.

How MedRouter Solves This

MedRouter is a cloud-based platform that simplifies access to medical AI models:

  • Upload NIfTI or zipped DICOM files via the web interface
  • Choose the anatomical groups you want to segment
  • Download the results as NIfTI and STL files

For developers, we also provide a REST API to integrate MedRouter into your existing pipelines or research tools.

Customize Your Segmentation

Don’t want to run all the models?
No problem, MedRouter lets you select only the anatomical structures you need. This saves time, speeds up processing, and reduces file size.

Important Note

MedRouter is not HIPAA or GDPR compliant (yet!), and should not be used for diagnostic purposes.

What’s Next for MedRouter?

Right now, MedRouter supports the TotalSegmentator suite, but this is just the beginning.

Our goal is to make MedRouter a hub for many medical AI models covering a wide range of tasks:

  • brain tumor segmentation,
  • cardiac analysis,
  • orthopedic planning,
  • …and more.
